🇺🇸 United States Customers

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Missing Return Label?

No worries — we don’t include return labels in the package.
Just email us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. How to Start a Return

Please email us and include the following:

  • Order reference number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (screenshot or receipt)
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video of defective/damaged item (if applicable)

You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Incorrect Size Items

If the product is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will issue your refund or exchange accordingly.

6. Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellation may not be possible due to production processing.

🇨🇦 Canada Customers

Return policies are the same as for U.S. customers, with one key difference:

  • Please contact us before sending your return so we can assist with the correct customs documentation.
  • We cover return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Customers

UK customers should follow the same return process. However, please send returns to our UK warehouse:
