At Foxfoxgo, we work hard to fulfill orders quickly, often processing them within 0–1 business days to align with our Shipping Policy and ensure your t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel arrive fast. Because of this accelerated processing schedule, order changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.

This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains how to request modifications, what qualifies for approval, and how we handle cancellations before and after shipment. This policy applies to all orders placed on Foxfoxgo.com.

1. Overview

Once an order is placed through Foxfoxgo.com, it immediately enters our automated processing system. Many orders begin fulfillment the same day — especially those placed before our cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).

We encourage customers to review all information carefully before finalizing their purchase, including:

  • Product, size, and color selections
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information
  • Quantity of items
  • Contact details

While we do our best to accommodate requests, cancellations or changes are not always possible once processing has started.

2. Order Change Requests

Customers may request changes to their orders as long as the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping stage.

2.1 Changes Allowed (If Order Has Not Been Processed)

You may request:

  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Style changes
  • Quantity adjustments
  • Address corrections
  • Contact information updates
  • Order upgrades (adding items)
  • Payment method corrections (if possible)

2.2 Changes Not Allowed (Once Fulfillment Begins)

We cannot modify the order after:

  • The order has been printed
  • The order has been packed
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has been transferred to a carrier

In such cases, you may still return the item after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.

2.3 How to Request an Order Change

To request a change, contact us immediately:

  • The exact change requested

We typically respond within 24–48 hours, but urgent requests should be sent immediately after ordering.

3. Order Cancellation Requests

You may request an order cancellation if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

3.1 Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations may be approved when:

  • The order was placed within the last few hours
  • The order has not been printed or packed
  • The shipping label has not been generated
  • The order has not shipped

We recommend sending cancellation requests immediately after purchase.

3.2 Cancellation After Order Has Shipped

If the order has already shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • You may refuse delivery (if allowed by the carrier)
  • You may return the unopened package after delivery
  • No fees are charged for returns
  • Refunds are processed within 12 days after inspection

  • “Cancellation Request” in the subject line
  • Optional reason

4. Address Changes After Order Is Placed

4.1 Address Change Before Fulfillment

If the order has not been processed, we will update the shipping address at no cost.

4.2 Address Change After Shipment

If the order has already shipped:

  • Address changes are not possible
  • You may contact the carrier to request rerouting (not guaranteed)
  • If returned to us, we will issue a full refund

No fees are charged for returned packages due to address errors.

5. Orders Mistakenly Placed Multiple Times

If you accidentally placed duplicate orders:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will cancel the duplicate if it has not started processing
  • If both have shipped, return one package after delivery
  • Full refund issued after inspection
  • No fees are charged

6. Payment Reversals & Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • The order will be automatically canceled
  • You will be notified by email
  • You may reorder using a valid payment method

7. Items Out of Stock After Ordering

If an item becomes unavailable:

  • We will notify you immediately
  • You may choose a full refund, replacement item, or store credit
  • No restocking or processing fees apply

8. Cost of Order Changes & Cancellations

Foxfoxgo does not charge any fees for:

  • Order changes
  • Order cancellations
  • Address updates
  • Duplicate order corrections
  • Payment corrections

We maintain a zero-fee policy, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
