You’ve got 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with original tags attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items:

• We only process exchanges for items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size compared to your order.
• You won’t pay return shipping costs for these specific cases.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation may not be possible.
