This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. It aligns with our Shipping Policy and offers clear, customer-friendly terms without hidden fees, unnecessary complications, or unexpected conditions.

1. Our Commitment to a Fair Return Experience

We believe returning an item should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. If your item did not fit, did not meet expectations, or you simply changed your mind, eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery — no questions asked.

  • You have a full 60-day return window starting the day the carrier marks your package as delivered.
  • No return fees apply — no restocking, processing, or label fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 12 days after your return is approved.
  • You may return eligible items whether they are defective or not.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is fully covered by Foxfoxgo.
  • If the return is based on preference (size, color, style), shipping the item back is the customer’s responsibility; Foxfoxgo still charges zero fees.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn clothing
  • Unwashed garments
  • Items free of odor, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair
  • Items in resellable condition
  • Items with original tags/labels (if applicable)
  • Items returned within the 60-day return window
  • Items accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Ineligible Items

  • Items returned after the 60-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items missing essential components (e.g., intentionally removed tags)
  • Items heavily worn or altered by the customer
  • Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, sweat, etc.)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, visible shipping damage, or the wrong size/color/item, you qualify for a 100% free return, including a prepaid return label.

3. Return Window (60 Days)

Foxfoxgo provides a generous 60-day return period, giving you ample time to try on your clothing, evaluate the material, and ensure it meets your expectations. The 60-day window begins on the date your package is marked as Delivered by the carrier. Any item shipped back after 60 days may be denied.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, order number, reason for return (optional), and photos or a short video if the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions, the return address, and a prepaid label if you qualify for free return shipping.
  4. Ship the item using our prepaid label (for defective/incorrect returns) or your preferred carrier (for preference returns).

Inspection Time: After your package arrives at our facility, inspection is completed within 72 hours. You will receive an email confirming approval or denial.

To keep our policy simple and transparent:

Foxfoxgo never charges: restocking fees, processing fees, label fees, or refund penalties.

6. Refund Process (12 Days)

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

  • Refunds are issued within 12 days of approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless you request store credit.
  • We refund: 100% of the item price, 100% of original shipping cost (if return is due to our error or a defective item), and 100% of applicable tax.
  • We never deduct restocking, administrative, or label fees.

7. Exchanges

Foxfoxgo does not offer direct, item-for-item exchanges because exchanges can delay fulfillment and complicate inventory tracking. To exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.

8. Defective, Damaged & Incorrect Item Policy

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos or a short video of the issue.
  3. We will approve the return and provide a prepaid label.

You may choose: a full refund, a replacement item, or store credit. Replacements ship within 0–1 days, matching our standard handling times.

9. Items Lost in Transit

If a return package is lost:

  • If you used our prepaid label, we will handle carrier claims.
  • If you used your own carrier, you must file the claim directly with that carrier.
  • We will still attempt to assist and work toward a fair resolution.

10. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We may deny returns if:

  • The return is received after 60 days
  • The item is worn, excessively used, or damaged by the customer
  • The item has stains, odors, tears, or missing components
  • We detect fraudulent or abusive return behavior
